I run three things, and they share one thesis: AI belongs at the core of how a business runs.
Fintricity does the consulting and architecture. Kendra Labs builds the platform.
Fintricity
AI-first consulting, strategy and architecture. Founded 2001.
Most consulting still sells a document. We sell a working asset: an agent in production, a data platform that holds, an operating model someone can run. Engineering-led since 2001, which means senior engineers in the room from week one, not a pyramid with a partner on the cover.
What we do:
- AI strategy and architecture, outcome-back
- Agentic system design and build
- AI-ready data foundations
- AI governance, evals and FinOps
- Executive education and enablement
Kendra Labs
An agentic platform for the operating model.
Kendra exists because bolting agents onto a legacy process doesn’t make you AI-native. AI-native means a whole process, order-to-cash say, run by agents with humans above the loop. That needs orchestration, memory, guardrails, observability and cost control as first-class parts of the platform, not add-ons.
What I actually build
- Agentic systems that hold a process. Not a chat interface on top of a database. Agents that plan, act, check their work and hand off to a human at the right moment.
- Governance that ships. Evals, audit trails and cost controls designed in from the start, because autonomy without an audit trail doesn’t get past a risk committee.
- Data foundations. The unglamorous work that decides whether anything above it is possible.
How I work
- Outcome-back. Start from the result and the constraint, then choose the technology.
- Senior squads, plus agents. Small teams of people who have done it before, amplified by the tooling we build.
- Working assets every cycle. Something runs at the end of every phase.
- Govern first, then scale. The controls go in before the volume does.
